hurricanes August 28, 2012 I hung around the compound during Hurricane Isaac. My power was out for days. September 2, 2012 Riding bikes before Hurricane Gustav. Riding bikes in fifty mile per hour winds. October 29, 2020 Nature TV, featuring Hurricane Zeta Gina and I watched the storm come in; it was beautiful. December 31, 2020 I doodled on a banana tree. The tree fell down in Hurricane Ida. September 5, 2021 We came home after Hurricane Ida to survey the damage. There wasn't much. September 25, 2021 Our trash got picked up and we were excited about it. Gina's trash hadn't been picked up since August 25, before Hurricane Ida. October 12, 2021 I had a solo bonfire. Still getting rid of Ida debris. September 11, 2024 We waited for Hurricane Francine. This one knocked our power out for a day. ← Timeline index
